Gate of Pain question. - Guild Wars Forums

So I decided to try and finish Nightfall since I already beaten the other 3 games but it's one of those missions where they make you take a certain hero, Dunkoro.

Up until this point all I've been using in the Realm of Torment is the Discordway build with a full team of henchmen. So my question is, Will a 2 hero Discordway build with a full team still work fine or is there a way (I know it's sounds stupid) to make Dunkoro a temp. Discordway Hero and actually make it work?

you could try and get a friend to come with you that can take dunkoro so that you can keep ur discord team?

just switch out Dunkoro's skills to include Discord and add a few heals, hexes, etc. I do it all the time to keep things fresh and I have never had a problem.

I just gave him a smiting build + a little interrupt, together with my discord necros. Worked fine, but you can also give him a midified discord build.

Sweet, I just keep hearing how tough the end missions for Nightfall are and I wasn't looking forward to having to break up my Discord team.

Nightfall end missions are hard? What? Since when!? O_O

Gate of Pain is an easy mission. You just need to avoid to overaggro asusual. You can beat it with normal builds. Did it with a prot monk, a healer monk and a sword warrior recently. And of course three henchies. Take Odurra as one, she's good to interrupt.

Anyway if you ended EotN, you shouldn't have trouble to defeat NF.
